David is the proud father of three and has practiced in Brevard County for over 22 years in the same location and office with Jim Fallace. David grew up in Gainesville Florida, where his parents were professors at the University of Florida and is a lifetime Gator. After graduation from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia with an BBA in Finance in 1990, he attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he graduated with Honors in 1993. At Florida, David concentrated his studies in areas of corporate and international transactions and was an editor on the International Law Review and a member of Phi Delta Phi, legal honor society. David also routinely did work for Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, representing real property owners on title insurance matters and claims.
Since arriving in Brevard County, Florida in 1995 David’s practice has expanded to all areas of real estate, construction and commercial transactions and litigation through all trial and appellate levels. David routinely represents individuals and entities in all areas of real estate development, transactions and litigation, corporate formations and transactions, contract preparation, commercial litigation and arbitrations. David is also fortunate and privileged to represent some of the largest commercial and residential construction contractors in Brevard County in all areas including construction litigation and arbitration and contract preparation and negotiation. David is respected for his diligence, toughness, fairness and ethics in representing his clients on both the Plaintiff and Defendant sides in litigation and arbitrations and in negotiating business transactions and agreements.
Through his involvement in youth sports, David co-authored a coaching manual and philosophy entitled “Champions for L.I.F.E (Leadership, Integrity, Fortitude and Effort) which was created to assist youth coaches in teaching core values to athletes through sports. Champions for L.I.F.E is still used by local leagues in coaching and teaching young athletes.David has been and continues to be actively involved in his local community and youth sports programs and organizations. David has coached youth and high school sports teams for a number of years
