Jesse was raised in West Melbourne, Florida and earned two Bachelor of Art degrees from the University of Florida in Political Science and Classics. Jesse earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated with honors in 1999. While at the University of Miami School of Law, Jesse concentrated his studies in the area of trial litigation and was selected to serve as a member of the University of Miami School of Law’s Mock Trial Team and Moot Court Board. Jesse received awards for excellence in the Litigation Skills Program. Jesse also served as a student intern for the circuit court judges of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit for Miami-Dade County, Florida. Jesse was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jesse was employed by the Office of the Public Defender in Brevard County as an assistant public defender, handling all aspects of felony cases, including depositions, pretrial motions and jury trials.
Jesse was a prior member of the Vassar B. Carlton American Inns of Court, an organization dedicated to the enhancement of professionalism in the law and is a member of the Brevard County Bar Association.
Jesse’s practice area includes a wide variety of litigation areas including all aspects of commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction law, real estate litigation, landlord and tenant matters, private, commercial and residential foreclosure prosecution and defense, and virtually all other civil litigation that does not involve personal injury or a divorce.
Jesse has also prepared numerous appellate briefs and regularly appears in federal court litigation. Jesse is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts as well as federal district courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
