Fallace & Larkin continues to provide extensive legal services for its clients in all facets of real property law including providing services for both commercial and residential property owners, developers, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants and other professionals involved in real property related services. Our real estate law related clients include individuals purchasing or selling property, developers, general and subcontractors, architects, and engineers. Fallace & Larkin has been fortunate to be involved in the development of some of the largest single family and multi-family residential developments in Brevard County; and, as a result we also represent home contractors in the preparation of home and real property sale agreements. Our experience includes representing local developers in large property tract acquisitions and development including working with governmental authorities from the early stages of subdivision platting, permitting, and preparation of declarations of restrictive covenants. We have provided similar services for condominium and other projects. Our experience also provides a resource for our clients in all aspects of entity selection, structuring, and contract preparation. While we have substantial experience representing clients in large and complex real estate transactions; we also provide legal services for individual buyers and sellers of both residential and commercial property; and both landlords and tenants in lease transactions. As part of our real estate based services our Firm provides title insurance services for both residential and commercial sales and acquisitions. David Larkin and Jim Fallace are licensed title agents with Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and have significant experience representing title insurance companies in title defects and claims disputes.
