Jim Fallace received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1976 from Grinnell College in Iowa and his law degree in 1979 from Drake University Law School. Jim is admitted to practice in Indiana, Illinois and Florida and represents business clients in drafting contracts and in complex commercial civil litigation.
Jim is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. District Courts for Northern Districts ofIndiana and, Illinois; and the Seventh and Eleventh federal courts of appeals and Chicago trial bar.

David Larkin earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1990 from Emory University and acquired his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, with Honors in 1993. David is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and as well as the federal courts for the Southern and Middle Districts.
